Off to a good start!

Lost 5 pounds this week!  Joined Fit Stop and started going before work. YAWN!  Trying to keep track of my food log on my I pod, but get busy at the end of the day and become a bit lax.  Over all though, proud of the changes I have made and already feeling better!

Congratulations! Many people report when they exercise they experience an increase in hunger and are more tired before the end of the day; just the opposite of what you might expect.

You may have noticed by now after sticking with it for a couple of weeks you will see a decrease in hunger, increased energy, and those "feel good hormones" (endorphins)are in full swing!

Food diary tip, do it when you eat it. You become more couscous of what you are eating then and it's get's swooped into the same time frame as eating so it does not appear to take up more time in your day.
