Hello Blog World! My name is Cathi and I am part of the Michiana Go Red BetterU Challenge. I have had so many successes but I am constantly struggling. There isn't a day that goes by that I don't want to give in to my temptation and scarf that Reese's peanut butter cup down.
Well, at work today, we got in a discussion about hunger pangs in the early morning or late afternoon. I started thinking to myself ways that I could prevent those pangs. 1) Eating smaller meals more frequently 2) Eating a well balanced breakfast or lunch that would last until I eat again....I have some thoughts. I think I am going to try option one this week. I feel like I am constantly on the go...so I need to prepare smaller meals and snacks that will last throughout the workday.
WEEK GOAL: try to eat 4-5 smaller meals a day to help with hunger pangs
Let's see how this works out....I will write more later.
