Day One

First day of the twelve weeks seemed difficult. Between work and house work it was hard for me to find time to be active, but I stuck to my goal. I waited for my husband to start watching the Bulls game and played Just Dance 2 on my Wii for 20min on workout mode. Luckily I love that game making it seem more fun to be up doing something instead of relaxing on the couch with my hubby. I also set a goal of drinking the recommended eight (8oz) cups of water a day. I reached that goal as well, but I feel like all I do is drink water ALL day long. Hopefully I adjust to it. I kept a water bottle with me everywhere I went yesterday so I would choose water over soda or juice. It helped out a lot. I'm pretty excited to see what all will come out of the next twelve weeks, but for now I'm just hoping to stick to my goals for day two. ;)
