So I'm training to run a 5k in April, and I'm starting to get really excited! Today was a "legs" day at the gym. I've been running every other day, then on my off days I switch between legs and arms and 15 min on the bike for a warm up either way. Tuesday my arms felt like jello, and today it's my legs. I'm hoping to get a yoga routine to do on the ball soon! On the weekends I get to pick and choose. So I think this weekend I'm going to do one day full body on the circuit training, and the other yoga! I love the weekends! I have even started to make my weekend workouts something I look forward to all week. Especially since my husband goes with me!
How's everyone else's working out going? Anyone found anything super fun I HAVE to try?!
