So I work out every morning, and this week I'm switching it up. One day during the week I'm walking on lunch instead of working out in the am (That would be today) and one day this week I'm working out at night. I think I'll do yoga that night. But I've been in a workout routine for so long that it's getting boring. I still plan to run my three days a week, because I love to run! =) Hopefully this gives my routine a little shake up!

It's really good to switch up your work-outs because if your body gets used to the same thing over again..you get bored and the results will just maintain. Working different muscle groups is important!
