Bring it on Week 2!

To sum up week 1 – SUCCESS!
I met all my goals and am going strong. I surpassed my expercise goals. Workout 1 was 45 min long, workout 2 = 55 min and workout 3 was 70 min! Oh yea! Boo ya! I am now drinking 10-12 glasses of water per day and added protein to my breakfast meals. The protien in the morning sure helps. My hunger is surpressed and this helps sooooo much through the day. My sweet tooth cravings have diminished, thank goodness!
My goal this week is to exercise 4 times. Again, I am going to stick with 45 min each time, but strongly feel I will surpass this.
Despite this being only the beginning of week 2, I am amazed with the strength I feel to make these lifestyle changes. I am learning I can do this. I can make these changes and not feel deprived.
By the way, down 4 pounds this week!
