2/1/12 UGH!!!!
Last night while at the gym exercising, my wallet was stolen. UGH!!! Thanks to that person for no sleep, countless calls and stops today to get my life back. Ticks me off!!!! — especially since you didn’t take any of my unwanted pounds with ya!
I did get my exercise in yesterday. I pushed hard and worked longer than I planned, such a plus! And guess what???!!! I didn’t even snack bad last night, yippee!
I am doing well, so far today. Not very hungry though either. The nervous pit in my stomach from the stress is, I’m sure, causing all of this. Maybe the scale will show me the benefit of this nervous pit tomorrow morning….
I’m having another day with late meetings. I came prepared despite all that was happening. Guess I should be proud that I prepared for the day instead of turning to McDonalds. (but not like I had a wallet to look into for the cash flow-ha,ha)
While exploring my facility, I found a treadmill that is hardly ever, if at all, utilized. I am sure patients used this in the past during their therapy sessions. However, as new equipment arrived, this one was pushed to the side and in a back room. Hmm, you know what I am going to do? I am going to use it. I don’t see a purpose having it if no one is utilizing it.
Okie dokie artichokeee, I am going to head up my last meeting for the day and head on home to spend time with my kiddos. Their smiles will brighten my mood. Enjoy your evening!
Ahh, yes, my snack yesterday (drumroll please) origional, unsalted trail mix including raisins, peanuts, sunflower kernals, and almonds.
