Great job! I am glad to hear you're doing well. I just started working out after work and it takes alot to get there after a 12 hour shift! LOL
Congratulations! Many people report when they exercise they experience an increase in hunger and are more tired before the end of the day; just the opposite of what you might expect.
You may have noticed by now after sticking with it for a couple of weeks you will see a decrease in hunger, increased energy, and those "feel good hormones" (endorphins)are in full swing!
Food diary tip, do it when you eat it. You become more couscous of what you are eating then and it's get's swooped into the same time frame as eating so it does not appear to take up more time in your day.
