WEIGH IN WEEK

I went to the YMCA yesterday to get weighed by Candice. I gained a little more than I think I was expecting, but my body fat % was lower so I believe her now that she says it's muscle. ;D I was so upset she actually weighed me again, she's so nice! I'm also going to count 5lbs of it to water weight. The joys of being a girl, we can blame it on water weight. So really I've only gained 3lbs in muscle. =) That just sounds better to me....call it an excuse or what you will, but hey, it's my excuse and I'm sticking to it!

I have a new love for fruit and veggies again! I went from eating maybe one of them possibly once a day to now eating at least one of each everyday, and working my way into eating more! I've found the trick is to add something I like with them, like cheese, and the more I eat it the less cheese (or whatever) I'll add....seems to work. =)

Hope everyone else has a better weigh in.
