Basically I'm not working on just my eating habits, but my husband's as well. We had to switch to a high fiber diet, and were having a horrible time fitting in all the fiber that we weren't eating before. Especially since I have a sweet tooth, and he can be a picky eater. But ever since I found Fiber One and all of the varieties of high fiber foods that they offer everything has changed! I seriously love eating things that I know TASTE good AND are good for me! If you haven't tried any of them, the garnola bars are a great snack, and if you want to MAKE something, their muffin mixes are DELICIOUS! Let me know if you try it guys!

I agree Stephanie. My husband and I are really trying to increase our fiber. I love the peanut butter granola bars and the raisin bran cereal. Also, I hear Meijer has Fiber One Pop Tarts. I'm sure they are pretty high in calorie though. I wonder what Cindy would have to say about adding pop tarts to our diet???
I remember you saying that you two were going through something similar as us. How's it going for you two?
The Fiber One Pop Tarts are really good, but I eat a half pack because they are really high in calories! Well, let's just hope Cindy sees it as us picking a healthy version of an unhealthy delicious breakfast pastry! LOL!
