The team held a great coaching call today with Dr. Julie
Ortega-Schmitt of The Granger Village Doctor. On the call, she shared some insightful thoughts on
journaling. She mentioned that she feels that journaling will sometimes help an individual more than counting calories. She uses
journaling to plan her exercise for the next day in order to arrive at the gym
with a plan of action.
On the topic of nutrition labels, which was also brought up on the call, there is a grocery store tour being planned with Martin’s. In the
